Yossi, Chief Executive Officer and President of Shield IP, has been involved with software development for over 15 years. From 1995 to 2001, he was Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of ITG Inc. (formerly a unit of Jefferies & Company Inc.), an institutional brokerage firm providing major institutions and money management firms with sophisticated, leading edge trading technologies to help reduce transaction costs. ITG's 2001 revenues exceeded $310 MM with net income of over $63 MM. ITG has experienced annual growth rates averaging over 30% in the last 10 years. At ITG, he was responsible for software development, product development, and production services. Prior to joining ITG, he was Vice President of research and development at Integrated Analytics Corporation (IAC). IAC developed the first real time expert trading system that allowed traders to monitor and analyze thousands of securities in real time based on their own model. Jefferies & Company purchased IAC in 1991.

Bernie Belkin

Bernie is the Principal of Belkin Capital, which raises capital for investment in retail and real estate projects. He was the Managing Director of California Israel Angels, a group of high tech executives who provide members with investment opportunities in Israeli early-stage high tech Companies and assist with market validation, capital raising & business development. Previously, Mr. Belkin was a consultant to early-stage high tech companies, and was the founder and CEO of Trans Continental Marketing, a direct mail business. He served as the International Sales/Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard, worked at Motorola Israel, and as Product Manager at HP. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Technion Society, Interplast, and the San Jose Federation. Mr. Belkin has a BSEE from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Eric Benhamou, Chairman

Eric Benhamou is chairman and CEO of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. Mr. Benhamou is also the chairman of the board of directors of 3Com Corporation. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at Ben Gurion University. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com.

In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987.

In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Benhamou serves on the executive committee of TechNet.

Ofer Ben-Shachar

Ofer founded NetDynamics, which was the leader in the application server market before being sold to Sun Microsystems in 1998. NetDynamics introduced the first Java-based application server product and started an industry currently exceeding $6 billion in annual revenues. After NetDynamics, Mr. Ben-Shachar founded, was CEO, and currently serves as Chairman of Noosh, which acquired digiGroups and created a globally deployed cross-enterprise collaboration technology. He also founded and was President of Software Xcellence, a Tier-1 software consulting firm. Previously, he worked as a senior software engineer for Teknekron Software Systems (now Tibco). Mr. Ben-Shachar holds several patents, is a frequent lecturer at Internet & software conferences, and has published numerous articles. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the Hebrew University and an MS in Computer Science from Washington State University.

Yael Biran

Yael is Managing Director of the Israel liaison office of Mintz Levin, a US law firm. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Yael served as a corporate attorney for Koor Industries, Inc., an Israeli company publicly traded on the NYSE, and for Menora Gaon Capital Markets Group. Yael has also practiced as a litigation attorney at Dr. J. Weinroth & Co., and for the Israel Union for Environmental Defense (IUED), a non-governmental organization advocating environmental issues. Yael received her LL.B. and post bachelor degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University (1991). Yael completed mediation training from the Israel Center for Negotiation and Conflict Management (ICN) (1998).

Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan was born & educated in South Africa, where he worked in business, politics, and with various NGOs. He was the Chair of Nutrition Corporation of SA and Co-Founder, Chair & CEO of Multitape and Multitude Pty Ltd. In San Francisco, Mr. Cohen worked with various businesses and foundations, including Vanguard, the Friedman Family Foundation & the Tide Foundation. He was the Chair of Bay Packaging, and co-founded the New Israel Fund and Shatil. In Boston, he co-founded the Jewish Funders Network, and more recently, the Israel Venture Network. He is a Trustee and member of the Executive Committee of DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park & American Jewish World Service, and Co-Founder & Chair of Coneco Corporation.

Itsik Danziger

Since 1985, Itsik has been with the Comverse Technology Group serving as active Chairman of the Comverse subsidiary - Starhome, as President of Comverse Technology Group, and as President of Comverse Network Systems. He was a member of the National Task Force for the Advancement of Education in Israel (Dovrat Committee), and was Chairman of two Education subcommittees. Itsik was Chairman of IVN's Education (EI) Initiative in the Galilee Panhandle and of IVN's Principal Training initiative.

Shlomo Dovrat

Shlomo has been a leading business figure in the Israeli high-tech industry for over 20 years. After serving in an elite technology unit within the Israeli Defense Forces, Shlomo began his career as a high-tech entrepreneur, eventually becoming CEO and Chairman of several leading high-tech companies. In 2003, Shlomo was appointed by the Government of Israel as Chairman of the National Task Force for the Advancement of the Educational System, which became known as the Dovrat Committee. The Task Force's objectives were to conduct a comprehensive plan of the educational system in Israel. The task force submitted its final report in 2004. Shlomo also was one of the co-founders of the Israel Venture Network.

Shuki Ehrlich

Shuki Ehrlich is a Partner at Giza Venture Capital, where he focuses on the sectors of Communications, Enterprise Software and Information Technology. Formerly, Mr. Ehrlich was Senior Vice President of Business Development at AmDocs, a software company with over $1 billion in revenue specializing in billing, CRM, order management systems for telecommunications and Internet service providers. Mr. Ehrlich holds a Bsc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Benny Levin, Vice Chairman

Benny is currently Chairman of dbMotion’s Board of Directors. Before joining dbMotion, Mr. Levin co-founded NICE Systems, a world leader in multimedia digital recording solutions for business interaction management. Mr. Levin served as NICE's President & Director and as its Chairman & CEO. Prior to founding NICE, Mr. Levin served in the Israel Defense Forces where he held various positions in Military Intelligence and was awarded the Chief of Intelligence Award for Creative Thinking, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Benny Chairman of IVN's Economic Reconstruction Initiative (IERI) and is the former Chair of IVN's Education Initiative Steering Committee.

Isabel Maxwell

Isabel Maxwell is a Technology Pioneer of the World Economic Forum and is president emerita of Commtouch Software Ltd. (CTCH); she is co-founder of the Magellan On-Line Guide, the pioneering directory and search engine portal that she successfully negotiated the acquisition by Excite (EXCT) in 1996. Magellan was one of the most visited sites on the internet. She has been involved in multiple Israel enterprises and organizations over the years, including as senior adviser to HaHevra LeHaganat Hateva, the 'Sierra Club' of Israel and as long time board member of the Peres Center For Peace and the American Friends of Rabin. She has been active executive Chair of the Social Entrepreneur Fellowship program of IVN since 2004 as she passionately believes in the power of individuals to make a difference. She became a full member of the Board of IVN in 2008. Isabel is French-born and Oxford educated and has divided her time during the last 12 years between Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, and Israel..

Richard Saperstein

Richard Saperstein is a Managing Director/Principal, Senior Portfolio Manager. Mr. Saperstein has 25 + years experience on Wall Street. He is widely acknowledged for his expertise in cash management and, since 2004, has consistently ranked in the top tier of Barron’s annual listing of “America’s Top 100 Financial Advisors.”

In 2009, in addition to being ranked number eight in that listing, Barron’s ranked him number two in New York in its survey of the top 1000 advisors in the country.

Mr. Saperstein has been profiled in The Winner’s Circle: Wealth Management Insights from America’s Best Financial Advisors, and has been featured in or provided commentary for such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Financial Week and Research Magazine.

He has also authored articles for Financial Executive Magazine and has been invited to speak on cash management “best practices” at various national conferences sponsored by such industry groups as the Association for Financial Professionals.

Mr. Saperstein began his career in 1982 and established his cash management practice at Oppenheimer & Company in 1988. In 2004, after 16 years with Oppenheimer, he and his team joined Bear Stearns, which was acquired by J. P. Morgan in 2008.

In 2009, Mr. Saperstein and his team left Bear/J. P. Morgan to establish an independent advisory platform under a new name, “Treasury Partners.”

Mr. Saperstein supervises 15 investment, research, accounting and administrative professionals, and he and his team deliver a broad array of cash management services to clients located in the United States, Europe, Israel and Asia.

Mr. Saperstein earned his MBA at New York University. He is conversant in Italian.

Vincent Worms

Vincent Worms, a native of France, has lived in the US for over 20 years. He resides in San Francisco but travels regularly back to France, both for professional and personal reasons. Vincent has an engineering background from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1982, Vincent co-founded Partech International, an international venture capital firm, focusing on high technology investments in the US, Western Europe and Israel. He has served on the Board of numerous private and public companies, including Business Objects, Informatica, and Sangstat Medical.

Vincent participates in various non-profit projects and is actively involved in his family’s philanthropy, the Tsadik Foundation (www.tsadik.org). An important Tsadik focus area relates to Jewish life and Israel-based non-profit organizations.

Oren Zeev

Oren Zeev is a General Partner at Primera Capital, a Silicon Valley based Venture Capital fund. Prior to that, from 1994 to 2007, Oren Zeev was at Apax Partners, one of the world’s leading Private Equity firms, serving as a partner since 1999. In his most recent position at Apax Partners, Zeev headed the Tech & Telecom Group in the U.S. and was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Zeev has extensive experience investing in technology companies in the US and in Israel. In the recent years Zeev's focus has been on Internet applications and digital media. Prior to joining Apax Partners in 1994, Zeev was a Research Staff Member at the IBM Israel Science and Technology Center.

Zeev currently sits on the board of a number of technology companies including Chegg, Infolinks, Pictage Inc. and Galil software.

Zeev holds a BSc Cum Laude from the Technion in Israel, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France.
